The selection procedure depends on the way company wants it to be, keeping the E-Connect InternFair coordinator in the loop.
If any registered student is found suitable for the internship profile, the company must inform the E-Connect InternFair Coordinator and send the offer letter to the E-Connect InternFair Coordinator (*No offer letter should be sent directly to students).
After the acceptance of internship offer, Team E-Connect shall not be responsible for the performance of the intern during the internship period.
A student can apply for maximum of five startups.
The student is expected to submit details(contact, resume, etc.) that is genuine and trustworthy.
Once the student has accepted the Internship from a startup through E-Connect Internfair, they cannot reject the internship offer.
Once registered and shortlisted for the interview, the student must be compulsorily present for the interview.
Students applying through E-Connect InternFair would be not be allowed to approach the startups outside the portal, if found otherwise, the registered candidate would be breached from the portal.
Any breach of above rules in the process will result in Blacklisting of the student from the E-Connect Internfair.
